I wanted to know the general opinion on the best LLM program's for Intellectual Property Rights and Entertainment Law in the US.

I'm looking to apply for an LLM in Entertainment Law in 2011 ... so heres the list of schools i found:
UCLA, University of Southern California, Southwestern Law School and Chapman University.
IP there are lots of universities, the best programs seem to be George Washington University, Columbia and Fordham.

I'd consider a general LLM and then, when you get there, take a bunch of IP coursework. And if Harvard, Yale, etc. are out of the picture, take a hard look at Indiana U.

Franklin Pierce, Hastings, Cardozo, Vanderbilt, Chi-Kent, Duke all have good reputations for IP, in addition to some of the schools mentioned above (GW, Fordham, UCLA).
