I hope to ask which university will be better for students who hope to specialise in business and corporate law.
I found Berkeley and Upenn are quite different in various ways.
West vs East
Non-Ivy (not saying it is not prestigious) vs Ivy
Berkeley Rank high in QS University Ranking vs Upenn Rank higher in US News Report Ranking
I hope you can share some views.

I would like to choose UCB, for the weather and the school community. It also seems like less crime around UCB. I don't think the quality of faculty has much difference, for me, the atmosphere (Students, living, etc.) matters a lot. Speaking of, the admission officer of UPenn replies to me within only few words everytime, but the counterpart of UCB seems nicer in this perspective

I would choose the school that offered you better financial aid or the less expensive... the 2 are great schools so I think that the difference is in the money.
