I have only applied to 3 Berkeley UCLA and USC. My file was not Ready to the others ( I mean ivy League)

The Dean of Admissions or The Dean of the school?

Is there any reason this would delay the decisions? I doubt the admissions office would have ever had any direct supervision from the Dean. Surely it wouldn't affect anything...

I've just given the school of law a call, and they said as soon as the committee give the list to them, we'll receive our decisions. Most importantly, we'll get them this week.
