Berkeley - Public International Law and Arbitration

Hi all,

Aside from rankings, does anyone have a view about the quality of teaching/reputation of berkeley for international law/arbitration?

it seems from the rankings that NYC or at least east coast is a better location for PIL/international arbitration. any thoughts appreciated, thanks.
