New "Intellectual Property in the Digital Age: Patent Licensing" (July 7-16, 2010)

This Certificate program combines both theory and practice of IP law, and explores the complex relationship among intellectual property protection, innovation and diffusion of new technologies, as it applies to patent law, trademark, copyright and unfair competition laws.   Course includes afternoon clinic on patent licensing issues and strategies.  Note: Enrollment limited to 20 participants.
