Any news from Berkeley?

I got an email stating that they will be making their decisions in midmarch

I received a letter from Berkeley a week ago with some questions on the blank points in my application. The letter also said that my application was to be reviewed last week. Havenât heard from them since.

Email stating that my appilication was complete.
I also emailed them that I received a scholarship in my home country. They told me they would add it in my file.
Still no answer...

Berkeley information brochure states:
"Most applicants are notified of admission decisions
by mid-April".
Does anybody have recent information if they really will take so long. Did somebody made a call or sent an e-mail?
In my e-mail, where they confirmed my application they just wrote that the process is very time consuming (thank you, we know) and that they start to review all applications at the same time, namely beginning March (even if there deadline was jan. 15....?).

I just receive this:

"Below, please find a copy of the letter you will soon receive regarding the status of your application. I am sorry to convey this news in a mass email, however, I know it is in your best interest to hear as soon as possible as to our decision so that you may better plan for your future.

I am sorry to inform you that, after reviewing the applications to the LL.M program for the 2005-2006 academic year, the Advanced Legal Studies Committee of the School of Law is unable to offer you admission to this year's class.
This year, we received more than 700 applications from 50 countries for the 65 places in the LL.M program. As a result, we must exclude a great many highly-qualified applicants whom we would be pleased to have at Boalt Hall.

I just received an email dated March 22, 2005 that I have been accepted at Berkeley. They gave me until April 5th to accept my admission.

Seems that the committee in Berkeley is moving....
I still haven't received anything but I can feel that is coming.

I just read one of your posts where you say that HLS and NYU were the only two that you were waiting for.
Does that mean that U received an answer from Berkeley or that you are not interested anymore in Berkeley ?

I have not yet received from any news from Berkeley, including admission, rejection and waiting listed.

Berkeley sent notice everyone who is rejected by e-mail?
Is there anyone who get admission or rejection letter by mail (Not email)?

Most probably cutting my decision really-fine but, I got into Berkeley but, have not heard from Columbia or Cambridge. But, I havent received my financial aid decision from Berkeley so do you think I can make a provisional acceptance based on the decision outcome? Oh, do you guys know if all the Columbia offers have been made. I just aint sure. Thanks
