Do you think that if I do not receive any email saying that I am in the waiting list it means that I was rejected?

I applied for the admission to the LLM program in fall 2007.
I am still waiting for the decision.
I would be glad if I could hear some news.

no news !

i presume thats bad news ???

I was accepted in Penn on December and I am still waiting for Berkeley. I do not think that fact that we have not received notices means bad news. Hope this helps.

Thank you for the encouragement. I hope we will hear the news from Berkeley soon. I was accepted to UCLA and have to give them my decision before April. I don't want to waste my deposit money. T_T

Hi all, I'm a law student at Cambridge Uni, England. Got an email the other day telling me I'm on the waiting list for Berkeley - to repeat a question from earlier in this thread, anyone have any idea how many people they put on the waiting list each year? Would be good to know! It sounds like March 22nd is the acceptance deadline date, so hopefully we will all know soon if we get to spend next year in Berkeley! Fingers very crossed!!
