Anyone still waiting for decision from NYU tax LLM?

ohnims

My application was completed by the regular decision,
and I still haven't heard from them yet. (Domestic)
I got admitted off the waiting list for GULC last week, and I would really want to find out about the NYU before I put down the tuition deposit.
Anyone else in the same boat?

Thanks

Congratulations!

I am awaiting a reply as well from NYU, but I applied to the part-time program. From feeling them out: I don't anticipate an answer any time soon.

I still have not heard anything regarding my application. I submitted mine in December.

Thanks Weexo!
NYU told me the standard copied-and-pasted answer when I told them that I would like my application expedited due to my acceptance with the GULC: Mid-late June, but it could be as late as August.
Honestly, I don't think I'll get into NYU, but we'll see.

At least with GULC, their second deadline to put down tuition deposit was May 2nd. Keep on emailing them and bugging them that you want to get in. That's what I did with GULC.

Admitted to NYU's program a couple of weeks ago, along with the Graduate Tax Scholarship on the day of the deadline. Excited to attend in the fall.

Are people referring to NYU's Part-Time program or the Full-time?

I am also waiting on an answer for NYU Part-time Tax. My application went to committee in mid-March. Does anyone know what the usual time-line is? Thanks.

Part-time applicant here as well. It's possible we will not hear back before the beginning of August.

I've been waitlisted from NYU not too long ago, but I don't like my chances very much.
Does anybody know any statistics on getting admitted after being placed on the waitlist?

Has anyone gotten any news lately? Looks like it's been a couple of weeks since the last post here.

I'm still waiting to hear back from NYU and Georgetown (though I applied VERY late). Georgetown's admissions office told me it would likely be 1-2 more weeks before I have a decision. NYU's office gave me their standard "you could hear in August, as late as the week before classes begin" line.

Just heard from NYU. Waitlisted. I've heard they're notorious for having a super long waitlist, so I'm not too hopeful.

Good luck to everyone who has yet to hear back from them!

I'm assuming this was for the part-time program?

Thanks.

Yes. I originally applied to the executive program, but asked them to consider my application for the regular part-time program instead.

Thanks for the reply. I haven't heard back at all so I'm assuming that probably bodes poorly for me.

I still haven't heard anything but a few tax professionals were looking at my LinkedIn profile. I don't practice in Tax right now so I am wondering if they are committee members?
