I got in! I got tired of waiting for the mail and called them up :) Apparently they sent the mail out on 17th Jan. Good luck to all!

sn84 CONGRATS! are you going to accept, please would you be so kind and let us know when did you send your application, and perhaps if you dont mind can you tell us a little bit of your profile, some hints could be very useful on what to expect, the waiting is a killer...

Oh My God!! I have been completed my application in the middle of November and my on line status still shows "Complete". Should I write to the school to ask what's going on???

Well VincentKao, we're sailing in the same boat.. However I did write to Cornell twice! but no reply from them on the status.. try your luck and kept us posted if you get a response..

My guess is either, 1. They have admitted a part of the LL.M students and are now scrutinizing the next lot; or
2. They have exausted their quota for the LL.M course and we may now expect a rejection..

Lets hope for the best..

I think I might be rejected from Cornell though the online system shows no decision.

Though Cornell admission in all probability will not change my decision to take up Columbia, since I have been offered admission there.. However the curiosity to know my result at Cornell persists..

I submitted my application towards the end of December, and received the email notice regarding my completed application on Jan 3. My status on line had been 'Complete' for almost a month as of this morning, and my status finally changed to 'Decision' in the afternoon.

I understand that a lot of you guys received admission letters dated Jan. 17th, though there were some rejections as well. It seems that the new round of Cornell decison is made today, and I wonder what they would have to say on this round.

Just can't wait. This wait is killing me!!!!

Anyone else with the Decision status today? Hope it not the season for rejections or waitlists! Fingers crossed!!!

I've been admitted to Cornell..! They emailed me today informing me about their decision.. They've posted across the paper material on the 5th Feb, so millelove.. you may expect your decision soon..

My application status, which was completed on Jan 7, also has changed into "Decision" today.

I think that my application status changed in 3-4 weeks is a good sign.

The only thing I can do is waiting the letter.

I probably made someone happy last year, once I gave up my spot. I gave it up for personal reasons, but for other things, as well.
Honestly, I just wanted to ask you what is so appealing about Cornell LL.M...? At least, 44 K did not appeal to me too much.. I just felt that NYU or Columbia are much better deals..

Any admitted student has received a scholarship from Cornell?

How is the process? once you are admitted by the university they offer a scholarship (if they believe you should get one) or students ask for it.

Im confused.

To the admitted persons

I was a foreign applicant and was accepted, but recently I noticethat my offer is on condition that I need to show a kind of financial statement (the letter indicating that I have enough money to pay tuition, living fees etc・・・)

Does everybody get the same kinds offer from the Cornell??

Inferring from the letter, I have no chance to obtain financial supports from this school

I also got the same statement to fill out.
I hope it wouldnt affect to possibility of financial aid...but i dont know.
Someone here knows anything about it?
