Hello guys, congrat to all admitted!!
I have asked them as to when i am supposed to receive my decision. For my case, they said that it would be within next month since this year bears the largest number of applications in the programs history!
so... just keep fingers crosses for good news :-)

Hey Bliss...when did you send your application, was it on deadline and did you receive any email regarding 'application complete' after initial submission. Where you from, if I may ask?

Congratulations Guys ! I applied for UCLA too but i'm not rejected yet, I'm in the waiting list. Anyway, I already have been accepted to a LLM in Germany so i'm quiet released from all the stress of what I'm gonna do next year. UCLA is a great school and, concerning my past grades, I'm ever quiet proud to have a "feet" inside it.
Congratulation to all the admitted students !

Has anyone else heard about scholarship or ask Telesino about that?
Has anyone received the official UPS express admission package?

Applicants awarded with a scholarship received a second e-mail (aside from the acceptance one).
Posted Feb 24, 2009 16:26
Yes I know, but the past years, the second email could arrive a few days after the first one, not necessarily a few minutes.

Has anyone heard from UCLA this week?. I havent see any post of acceptance since Friday

can any of the admitted applicants tell how much scholarship has been given by UCLA?
Posted Feb 24, 2009 20:59
The scholarship e-mail requests the applicant to keep this information confidential.

withprayers...your request can not be answered without some more prayers pal, because the classic case of confidentialilty has already kicked in the conversation b/w BUGS and UCLA. a number seems impossible my friend...lol

My application has just only been completed today and all I can say is the team handling administration over at UCLA is nothing but the best!!

Okay, let me start from the beginning.
I submitted my online application to UCLA on December 8, 2008, and it was completed on January 8, 2009.
I was admitted to UCLA School of Law LL.M. program among others on February 20. As I didn't receive the second e-mail, I wrote to Vic Telesino almost immediately and asked about a scholarship. Unfortunately I didn't receive any (and by the time - February 21 - each of the limited number of Dean's fellowships had been already allocated).
So considering the fact that my personal funds are not big enough to cover the study fee and living expences, now I'm facing the dilemma: to take or not to take a student loan.
Hope this will be helpful for someone.
