I have applied for UCLA, UC Hastings and Georgetown so far.
Wanna ask whether anyone can tell me whats my chance of gettin acceptance plus a few more questions. I really appreciate if someone helps.
Thats my situation:
-Bachelors of Law, from Tehran University (Iran's top law school), GPA of 3.4
-Masters of international trade law, GPA of 3.5
-102 TOEFL iBT score
-Language skills: Persian/Farsi (native), English, French and Arabic
-I sent 2 recomms, have one year work experience in legal division of a ministry
I was wondering if any one could help:
1. What are my chances of acceptance for following schools?
2. I Hadn''t sent my transcripts via LLM credential service, it was sent directly by the law school I attendee in instead, is it a blow to my acceptance? does it seem less reliable?
3. From the remaining law schools deadlines, what else you think suits me to apply? I may transfer my LLM to JD after a year and thats important for me in application as well (that the university applying to allows it).
Admission possibility, Please help!!!

As you may realize from reading other posts in this board, it is pretty difficult to predict who has a chance in which school. Some good people get rejected by "lower" ranking schools while some strange characters get admitted to the top schools. My advice is not to worry too much about this and, instead, make an effort to apply to as many schools as you can.

As far as you want to receive support and confidence we can tell you that you have very good possibilities and also a good TOEFL....good luck!!! .but on the other hand, it is not really useful...we can say many things...at the end of the day...we do not take a decision.......However...if you read the posts about Georgetown...people have been already admitted..have not received an answer yet?

Has anyne been admitted to UC Hastings yet? They are very shoddy when it comes to giving updates in comparison to the other schools I've apllied to (Northwestern, Columbia, Notre Dame, AU, WC, and G-town). Also, if there are any current LLmers reading this, what employment advantages does UCHastings offer after completing the LLM if any? Salut.
