I don't have a masters degree either and I was admitted.. so I don't think you should worry about it

I have a Master of Philosophy degree and a B.A. in Business Administration, in adittion to my LL.B.

However, I don't know to which extent each of them contributed to my admission (Tax LL.M.)...

I don't have a masters degree either (this will be my first, lol, so happy), actually, I graduated in law school last year, but I do have another college (Politics). Both, law and politics from the 2 best universities in my country!

I counted roughly and seems at lease ten people only from this thread. I decided to write to admission office tomorrow, assume at least there will be no harm to my application anyway. What do your guys think?

Lol, guys, I sent in my application at the end of SEPTEMBER! and I still have not heard anything.

I got today the blue little binder of UMich by UPS...
Apparently, you have to answer before April 1st, and indicate whether your acceptance is conditional to financial aid or not.

Apparently we are the happy 40 among some 500 applicants...

What exactly does UoM send in that package?

Contents of the binder:

- Welcome letter by Dora-Maria;
- Letter by the Dean of Law;
- Formal "offer of admission" on yellow paper;
- Brochure on the Faculty Members 08/09
- Brochure on the curriculum of UoM Law;
- Brochure on Ann Arbor;
- Housing information sheet
- English language course listings for 2009;
- Brochure on the "lawyer's club" student residence;
- Leaflet with all the student contacts for questions on UoM;
- Visitor's guide for Ann Arbor area;
- A special copy of the "quadrangle", the UoM magazine on the 150 years of the university.

Got my binder today! now it feels more real, lol!

I got my few days ago as well :)

However, I wonder about that conditional acceptance. What if one got less he indicated? Sometimes less is good too...

I'd prefer to make my decision with all the information I need..

Did they told you that your package is on it's way ?

Information about that was in an e-mail on my admission decision:
"A formal letter which includes detailed information on the program, the Law School, and the University of Michigan as a whole will be sent to you before the end of next week."

You should have it too...

Did all of those who got the formal letter are admitted to the general LLM?
