Hey all! I know it is a little early for the whole application thing but I'm really excited and might as well make some good use of my enthusiasm! So here goes my query list.
1. Every lsac report costs $ 25. What is it needed for? Can I do with just one?
2. Certain law schools want the professor's lor on the official letter head. Now one of my professor's shifted to another univ and I'd really like his reco. Can he write it on his current institution's letter head?
3. Is there a formal process of getting a toefl/ielts exemption? For instance, in 2012 I'd mailed Columbia and NYU and both had responded saying that I was eligible for exemption. So should I send mails to individual institutions and consider the mail reply the official exemption?
4. I've been reading sops online. They sound informal, sometimes written in conversational even lyrical styles. Is that ok?
