Hi, tweetypie! I have decided to enroll in Vandy. What about you? Haven't you decided yet?

Hi tweetypie, I believe there will be no more than 15 students studying at Vandy this year, according to what they told me in their admission letter. It is still a new program (compared with other schools) and it began in about 2001. Vandy's policy is try to keep their LL.M. class size small. Those are so far as I know. Best regards.

Oops, it seems that my awkward English misled you guys. There is no new program, so far as I know. What I meant is that Vandy's LL.M. program is still a new one when compared with most other schools since Vandy began this program in 2001. Sorry for the stupid mistake.

Well, I think there was not so many tordados there but some did happen to Nashville where Vandy is lacated these days. So far as I know, it is unusual in Tennessee; instend, it might be more common in middlewestern America. I don't think it is an issue since students could have some days off due to the natural disaster. Vandy is still should be among top schools considered. To me though, I am thinking of withdrawing Vandy's LL.M. program since I have another choice. Neverthless, it is never easy for me to do such. After reading in detail their school catalog, I found that the more I know about Vanderbilt, the more reluctant I am to give up such an excellent offer. tweetypie, I firmly believe you will have a great time studying at Vandy, both in academic and non-academic repect. I can hardly resist Vandy's campus which is also a national arboretum. Best regards,

Hi Keyif, I guess you've made your decision, haven't you? You decided to choose Vandy finally?
Posted Apr 14, 2006 15:51
No...I am afraid not. I have been accepted to a Tax program (LL.M. in Tax) which is my main interest. I think I am going to turn down Vanderbilt to let them go through porcesses for other international students. I am really really reluctant to withdraw Vandy's offer. Best regards,

Hi, I just saw some one is concerned about the weather there. I think the recent storm did not affect the Nashville area or the law school. The weather is usually very nice - not much snow, no floods, so please don't be concerned. The weather is much better than the weather in NY, the air is fresh and clean (NY the air is badly polluted). Nashville is really a nice place!

Thank you so much. I wish we both could have rewarding learning experiences. By the way, Nashville is also recongnized among the fast-developing cities in the US. Enjoy your study there! Good Luck.

Hello guys!
I just would like to conrfirm orangesunny's message. The strom did not affect Vandy at all!!!The weather in Nashville is great!!! I am now in Chicago, but I really miss the warm weather in Nashville very much. I miss Ben& Jerry, a small ice cream store where I sat and did my reading in a beautiful day. When I studied at Vandy, I did not see any strom at all. So, you guys, please do not worry about the weather!! I am sure that you will like Nashville as do I.
