Hi everybody,
I am a Belgian graduate who is starting his internship in an international law firm this September.
Lately, the thought of working as legal counsel for a large investment bank seems very appealing. As I plan on doing my London LLM in 2010 (perhaps 2011), my stay in London would be a unique opportunity to go for a job interview with one of the main investment banks in London.
Could any one inform me on which London college seems to have the best recruitment opportunities for this kind of career and what LLM is popular in this business (Financial Regulation seems obvious but are there others?)
Moreover, I wonder what recruitement standards they apply on their legal counsel. Is it similar to law firms?
Thanks in advance!

Thanks a lot for your honest answer!
I certainly didn't expect working in an investment bank to be easier compared to working in a law firm and I had heard rumours about the crushing working environment, yet, I must admit I didn't expect it to be as hard as you described it.
