I am seeking an LLM program in either the UK or Ireland to study EU law. I have a JD from a US law school and find the whole EU process very interesting. I also think there will be difficult challenges arising out of the political and cultural differences among the members.

Can anyone tell me if whether KCL would be beneficial to this course of study, or not?

KCL would be a good choice as would any of the University Colleges - you are able under the inter-collegiate LLM to take subjects from any of the participating colleges. For EU Law also look at Essex, Durham, Cambridge, Exeter and the LSE.
