Hello, is it too late to apply for UK LLM's? I notice only afew are still open - UCL, Edinburgh, Queen Mary etc. I had some luck with funding recently so this is just one of those things. Ironically, I can now afford an LLM overseas but the funding came now! Initially I had no money!

Also, do any law schools have admissions for the start of 2008? (say, january or february?).

I think the majority of the UK higher education institutions have much later closing dates than Oxford and Cambridge. I know here at Essex (http://www2.essex.ac.uk/law/) that we are still processing admissions and, from my experience lecturing at other institutions, I know they operate in a similar manner. I believe there are a couple of institutions that do have a spring semester start, but I can't remember which!

Hi, I too am concerned my applications might be too late to stand a chance of being successful. I am a 2:1 student so not sure if I have a hope of getting a place at UCL or LSE, especially as I only applied at end Jan for LSE and March for UCL.

Does anyone have any idea as to whether I am a lost cause?

Hi KRC - only late application was to Edinburgh around mid April from memory. Got an offer this week.
