Could you tell us when you submited your application?

Am I wrong, or does it appear that admission emails are only sent on Mondays?

Does someone want to go through posts from last year and see if admissions were sent out consistently on one particular day?

Its 5:30 pm where I am and that means quitting time. :) No looking through old postings for me!

I got an offer about half an hour ago, delighted! By email, camsis hasn't changed at all.

Maybe they do it in an alphabetical order then. Does your name start with something at the beginning of the alphabet :-)?

My surname begins with a 'D' so it could be alphabetical. I work at a university at the moment and we offer postgrad places in order of the applications coming in, but its slighlty different here as we don't have one closing date, its a rolling process

Yes, I think that definitely needs to be remedied. Surely you should get an offer just for giving us a venue to obsess about whether we'll get offers? I hope you put that down as one of your examples of community work on your Gates application!

Did anyone else get that random email from the Graduate Admissions Office informing them that the Chevening Scholarships have opened and noting the urgent deadline for applications?

Is anyone applying? I'd rather know the outcome of my application than go to extra effort.

Yes, I got this email, but not sure whether to apply. I had a look at the online application form and it looks like a lot of work (2000 words on why Cambridge and what is your greatest achievement that demonstrated leadership) when I don't know the outcome of my application ...

I haven't received the email. This is probably a reflection on the status of my application for admission and a bad sign...

Could someone please tell me what is the deadline for the scholarship? I cannot find this information.
