My status is listed as "Under Consideration by Degree Committee". It has been for about 2 weeks. However, I completed everything by mid November 2011.

Mine is still «Awaiting» as well. My last documents were received by Cambridge on December 1.

Does it mean that the Degree Committee will evalue every application on the 26th or, rather, is it possible that it will evalue them also on February 16th?

I suspect the committee deals with the applicants in different categories of priority, it could very well be that they'll still be deciding in march

So, hopefully, some of us will be admitted on the 26th :D It has been a while since my application is "Under Consideration by Degree Committee"... I applied to the LLM and the MCL as well and they both are on this status...
We'll know on the 26th, then :) Fingers crossed!

Looking at the decision dates from last year, it seems a lot of decisions came out around mid and late February:

This seems consistent with this year's 16 February meeting date for the Committee

I've heard that in other departments, decisions were made independently of degree committee meetings.. so could be that their meeting schedule has no bearing on the dates that offers are made
meanwhile, see this list: http://www.admin.cam.ac.uk/offices/gradstud/staff/EDM/worklists.pdf for all possible status updates ;)

30 nov!
I thought my application would have been the last one to be reviewed, but apparently they don't follow a strictly chronological order!

Grats! They've started at last.
Posted Jan 20, 2012 21:39
thanks, I've just checked as I was asked whether I received it through mail or camsis.
It was sent from the email of the chair of the faculty - I guess there was like a first selection, and there was the offer with congrats from the chair and the admissions committee...
good luck to all of you!!!!

My true compliments!!! What is strange is that yesterday it is not consistent with the date we thought the commission would have met...
Have you received an admission offer from dji22 at cam dot ac dot uk? That would be professor Ibbetson e-mail... and as far as I know he is the Chair of the Law Faculty Board.
He is also one of my referees.... Last year I was waitlisted but I hadn't him as a referee... I hope this year will be better... Fingers crossed!!!
