No, but Christmas is three days away, so it's still a bit early for Christmas presents.

Hey guys!
My status also changed to "Under Consideration by Degree Committee" and that with my stuff only being there at the latest possible date, i.e. 2 December.
I hope admission offers will be equally fast... ;-)

What was your status before that?

"awaiting consideration by Department" and that some documents were still missing (although they were not, as the courier service delivered them on 2 December).

I had been told that we would not find out whether our application was accepted or rejected until 15 April 2012. Not before.
Are you saying that we should find out during Jan/Feb?

Hi nzgirl85, could you share with us the source of your information? It is different from what I read from previous posts.

this is probably taken from the following site: http://www.law.cam.ac.uk/courses/llm-summary-of-key-dates.php but too pessimistic a prophecy, I'd predict

A previous applicant told me that. However, the applicant had applied a few years ago. Hopefully we find out soon.

According to the Cambridge 2011 thread (http://www.llm-guide.com/board/92339), offers were made from early February on last year until 15 April 2011.

Is there anyone who still has his status set to ''awaiting consideration by department'', and not ''UNDER consideration by department''? Is this a sign that my application is not complete?
Thanks and happy new year everyone

anybody with any news on the expected dates they start sending offers? or maybe somebody with reliable sources he could turn to? :)

From previous years, it seems most of the offers come out in March.
It also seems that a few offers have, in the past, come out in January and February, and a very limited number in April. Whether this will occur this year remains to be seen...

Hey guys I also have the same status, apparently there will be no response before February as far as I know.
I was wondering, regarding the chances of getting in: I am a 2:1 student, got a CV full of seminars regarding law and related subjects, interships at two institutions and I am the overral winner of the Monroe E. Price Moot Court at Oxford Uni.
Will that help me thourhgout the application since I am not a 1:1 student? Thanks for help!

Mine is still at "awaiting consideration by department", is that normal? Former students told me it is, doesn't seem so to me tho, any idea?
