This person is asking if they can be admitted to a UK LLM. They will hold what in the UK would be called an ordinary degree (I. E. One without honours). In fact they have two ordinary degrees, a BA and an LLB. In India, this is a common option: https://www.quora.com/Between-a-3-year-LLB-course-or-a-5-year-BA-LLB-course-which-one-is-better

Both will do.
Hons is not a must.
I am also an Indian and my 5 year law degree is a non-hons.

Hi Ambalika. An honours degree (if that's what we call it), is not a pre-requisite for being eligible to apply for LLM coursework/research program in the UK (or otherwise) universities. You may without any worries apply for LLM programs.

Not every college be it in India or abroad, grants a B.A. LL.B (Hons.) in the first place, so naturally the need for filtering out those who do not have such a degree does not arise.

I hope your query is resolved.
