This person is asking if they can be admitted to a UK LLM. They will hold what in the UK would be called an ordinary degree (I. E. One without honours). Both will do.
Hons is not a must.
I am also an Indian and my 5 year law degree is a non-hons.

GPA and class rank are essential components of LL.M. admissions. But applicants can take plenty of steps to offset poor undergraduate grades.
