Hi,
I know it is hard to compare programs of different law schools, but I was wondering whether someone could give some advice over the llm banking and finance of Queen Mary and the llm corporate and finance law of Glasgow.
Both universities are respectable, but does one of them offer a "better" program?
Thank you!
Queen Mary - Glasgow

hey i too received offers from both of them for intellectual property.. but i chose glasgow mainly because my research says glasgow has better career prospects and even heard that from many students.. Moreover glasgow is comparatively cheaper and a beautiful place to be in.. :)

i accepted glasgows offer too because i thought that the univercities are at a similar level but london is a city more difficult to keep focused.. Also aglasgow is the top univercity in career development according to guardian 2014

I am in the same fix. Queen Mary, Glasgow or Durham...
Queen Mary is a tad too expensive given the fact that it located in london but the ranking show that it is a better university....
Is thr some1 who is presently studying there and can help me out wid this....

Don't go rankings.....In Glasgow you have the seminar method of teaching. Allows to have great interaction in class and learn a lot better. It's not the case in Queen Mary. Plus the strength in each seminar is no more than 30-35. And the course structure here in Glasgow is very demanding....

so glasgows course is more demanding ?

You'll have essay's,presentations as well in the second half along with your routine reading stuff. If a Prof. asks for then....then may be a paper presentation as well (very unlikely though). But I've no clue about Durham !
