Oxford MJur v. Cam LLM

- Which one of these 2 programs do you think has the best reputation (i am a student with a non-common law background)?
- Are there also students with a common law background in the Cambridge LLM?
- Is it true that there is a special system of tutorials which exists in Oxford and not in Cambridge?
- What is the atmosphere on both campuses

I do not have a particular special knowledge what the differences of these two programs are. But there is an old saying: "Oxford for arts, Cambridge for sciences". Arts stands for all the humanities i.e. law studies as well.
Maybe it helps...
Good luck for decision-making

Generally speaking, Oxford is better for arts. In terms of international recognition / employer appreciation, Oxbridge is usually considered a single unit, head and shoulders above most other universities in the UK.

I suggest you visit the campuses to get a feel of where you'd prefer to study. When deciding between Oxford and Cambridge, its not so much the academic differences that count, its the campus life.
