"Occasionally students are admitted to the BCL who have degrees in other disciplines than law but who have completed a conversion programme such as the Common Professional Examination. This is an extremely unusual profile and only a student of quite exceptional intellectual calibre with firsts in both the non-law undergraduate degree and the CPE would ever be admitted from this background."
