Guys, I am keeping my fingers 'extremely' crossed if that is a thing at all.
I just got an offer for the BCL on the condition that I submit a transcript from my LLB. It does not even say I need to have a First. Not sure if that is a given but, at the moment, I don't really care.
Best of luck to those still waiting!!
Congrats! My offer was conditional upon me completing my Master of Laws and submitting my official transcript for that by 31 July 2017. I'm not sure why they made my offer conditional on that as I completed my LLB with first overall 5 years ago...I don't really see how my Master of Laws is really relevant.

I emailed them on that issue as well and they said they wanted a hardcopy of the transcript via post. But u can find out as well.

Don't be pessimistic. When I didn't hear anything yesterday I prayed and asked Jesus to take control and went about my business till this morning.
Be calm and trust.

Thanks. I'll email them. Was a condition of your offer also expressed as "successful completion of Masters..."?

I am actually doing the BPTC now but they did not give me a condition that I successfully complete it.

Hi Jtwum, congrats on your offer! :) I'm doing the BPTC too, but haven't heard anything back yet from Oxford regarding the BCL. What are your credentials like, if you don't mind my asking? :)

Looks like they are sending out offers in batch; and then 'select all' for the remaining email addresses to send rejections.

I have a first class degree in sociology and Spanish from Ghana, a diploma in Spanish language from university of Zaraogza in Spain, a first class law degree from City University London(the two year fast track course). In terms of legal work experience I am a FRU volunteer, I teach human rights in schools and have worked as a research assistant at the City Law school. I am sure you have amazing credentials, everyone who applied does so be calm and wait.

That's amazing!!! My credentials aren't nearly as impressive in the slightest... I have a first class law degree from the University of Manchester (graduated in June 2016) and started the BPTC three months later, so I have next to no legal work experience apart from a couple of months in Malaysia (my home country). But I'm keeping calm :)

This waiting is horrible. I wish they'd just accept/reject us all in one foul swoop .

Same here! Mjur applicant and nothing yet. I think they are sending BCL first because there are more applicants. Probably tomorrow and Friday for Mjur. Good Luck everyone!

Thanks for the congratualions. And congratulations in turn to those who have got offers!
While the wait is done for me I am absolutely thinking about you guys who are still waiting. Hang in there!
And don't subject yourselves to weaving theories about the rejections and your chances. Just sit tight and hope. I was sure I was going to be rejected. My credentials are not nearly as impressive as I'd like them to be - and yet, luck smiled upon me. The same thing may well happen to all of you!

Equally as forlorn. Our CVs must be too weak at the moment. We can build them up over the coming year and be the vanguard of 2018-19 entry...
