Didn't know exactly how to phrase it. I was wondering if legislation had been passed etc, but I assume it hasn't and that nothing final has been announce in terms of a time phrame.

For UK students we're talking £20k+ in total - thats 10,900 fees, plus college fees (2k+) plus estimated living costs (8k+)
God knows how I'll find funding :(

Well, hence my asking. :)
I assumed it was "across the board" for EU citizens (and I thought the universities they could always freely determine the fees for non-EU-citizens anyway).
