I haven't gotten the official offer letter yet. All I've received is an email from Suzanne Wade informing me that the Committee has decided to make me a conditional offer. I had called her the day before to ask her about the status of my application, and she told me that the Committee was looking through it at that point and that I should expect a response by the end of the week. So I presume it's a new round...

Nope, no attachment in the email. She said she will send me an email later on today giving me more details...
