which one should I do?
Cambridge, definitely. I might think for a whie if it was Harvard, but Boston U, come on.

I think the BCL might have better teaching compared to the LLM, if I am not mistaken the modules are conducted through seminars whereas in Cambridge it's primarily lecture-based...with additional classes for some modules.

If you contact them and explain you have a deadline, I'm sure they will be able to let you know. I think someone (who posted previously) had a very early offer from Cambridge because of a similar deadline at another institution.
