I applied to oxford in early november and still havent received an acknowledgement that they have received my application. Has anyone else received one?

As far as I know last year Oxford didn't send out acknowledgements they only sent out acceptances or rejections in April.

Oxford does send acknowledgments. I applied twice and on both occasions i received them promptly.

According to their prospectus, acknowledgments are provided if you fill in and send the Post card, received along with the application form. I personally had filled this card and received the acknowledgment of receipt almost promptly (reached me within a week!).

I am not sure of how it would work if you did not send the card or if you downloaded the application and sent it in. Personally, I feel it wouldnt harm to email the admission tutor and request them to acknowledge receipt.
