Anyone received a conditional offer letter with a typo? My condition is to 'achieve a first class inn your LLB'. 

I know I sound very ridiculous right now but can I just confirm that the offer asks for a first class? I literally searched up the meaning of 'inn' and whether it's an archaic word that means something else #can'tstopoverthinking. 

I would email Oxford to confirm but I'm scared they will think I lack common sense and retract the offer.

But tbh I’ve given up and believe, they just needed to process some applications and will send out those rejections tonight or in the next days

Congrats! That's in many ways better than rejection. I've seen that people in previous years got in touch with them to ask how big the waiting list is and whether they could tell them where they rank. Might be worth trying!

Just checked my portal. My magic button is gone. I guess the 2 am rejection is waiting for me. Mjur applicant.

Thanks guys, I had genuinely just put it all behind me at this point so maybe positivity is better than cynicism! Also, I’m a BCL applicant. So, my experience with the button is both funny and weird. After mocking the theory, mine disappeared on Wednesday and then it REAPPEARED on Friday night. I just checked there and the button is still there. I guess, based on that and other posts here, you could conclude: button = waitlist or no decision; no button = decision (offer or rejection). So maybe there is some logic to it. Thanks for the advice on asking them about the waitlist, genuine best of luck to all the rest of ye. For once, maybe don’t lose hope!

Also, just as a slight side note, my letter specifically said that because I’m waitlisted I would now not be eligible for scholarships with a January deadline. Just if anyone is concerned about that.

Yes I am a BCL applicant! I’m not as confident compared to my Cambridge application, so I am expecting a rejection too! Certaintly wasn’t my best app.

I feel the same! I thought my Cambridge app was way stronger and I was rejected, so feeling incredibly unconfident about Oxford but holding on to a tiny ray of hope for waitlist based on what's happened for others today! Best of luck :)
