Hi Maria,
I guess you'll have to wait for the official offer, it's very probable that it will be offered, but I think they have their reasons to distinguish between the informal notification and the official offer - split competences....
I have not applied for scholarships.
Good luck, r

Maria... I haven't applied for any scholarships, so can't help you there. About Durham, I think that we are half way there, most probable that we will receive an offer!
R... Personally speaking, I am a great fan of Edinburgh (Bristol too, I think!), so I have to wait... But between Durham and Aberdeen I would choose the first one because it gives more emphasis on european/international law. Won't you wait for the other universities to reply to you? Well, cant imagine your decision! Please tell me! (maybe I will place some bets!) :-)

Hi thessa,
sorry for the long delay, I've been busy making holidays in Slovakie :-) Hope you're fine, I hope you spend no sleepless nights about your decision. I took mine, but will let make you a bet. Actually I sent today my confirmation and my first rejection. Thus I can say no I won't wait for all offerts, I think I have none of Manchester, and not sure about all the others. But I think there is no point in waiting, as long as my favourites offered me places...
Hope to hear from you soon,
a busy r

Hey, Reinhard, nice tower!!!
Did you have a good time in Slovakie? You should visit again your friend here!
I sent my rejection to Nottingham and now I am waiting for the unconditional offers by Edinburgh and Durham. A friend of mine has also applied to the same universities so she also waits for her offers and we will decide after that! I have to answer by May and believe me it will be quite difficult! Have you made up your mind?
Bye bye!

Hi Thessa!
Thanks for the Tower compliment, but I admit that it's a greek tower :-) How are you? Sorry again for the delay, I've been offline for 14 days. Strange but a great feeling somehow.
Slovakie was great, exhausting but we were lucky and had great weather - against the forecast...
I have not yet rejected Nottingham, but that's just a question of time. Am I right to believe you received your offers from Edinburgh and Durham? Gratulations! I guess now you are in a difficult situation :-)
You will choose the same university as your friend ? I told you that I give you the chance to make your bet first, than I will tell you which offer I accepted. It's so diffucult - you decide and some time later there is a posting that makes you wonder if your decision was a good one.
What makes you a fan of Edinburgh? Have you been there? I guess Manchester would be great for you, since you are used to a city like Thessaloniki.
Hope to see you soon,
Reinhard
