Hello everybody,
I have been reading threads from many of you here and it seems many of you have recieved paperwork from oxford with your offers, college offers and scholorship information.
Can those of you who have recieved such confirmation be kind enough to leave a post stating what you have recieved.
I have been offered a place but have not recieved anything in writing and i would like to know how behind i am in the paperwork and information.
Also anyone who has been offered a place. Could you tell me the timeline or details of where we go from here because i feel like i am walking in the dark,
if its relevant i was accepted to the BCL. Very pleased about too i might add lol.
Thanks for your time hope to hear from you all soon.
Cheers.

Hi westlaw, I haven't received anything except the actual offer letter - nothing from the college or any other paperwork. I hope it arrives soon!

Hi,
I've received both a letter from the University and a package from the College, which includes some forms to be filed (including some financial forms).

Did you receive just the initial offer letter (the one pager stating you had a place) or any other letter from the uni? I haven't heard from my 1st choice college yet - christ church. what college did you hear from?

thanks for replying guys i hope more people reply to this thread so we all have a good idea of where things stand as far as oxford goes.
Happy to know i am not the only one who hasnt recieved all the paperwork yet. I hope we recieve it all soon as well.
Are any of you thinking of preparing for the course i.e. reading books and researching or going to wait until we have a better idea of what we are going to be studying?
Again thanks for replying to this post and i hope more people decide to reply to this thread. Speak to you all soon.

I've received an offer from Harris Manchester College (the smallest college of OXON). From the university, I've received a simple letter stating my offer. As per I noticed by the documents, we have to send everything to the College and, subsequently, the College will make all the necessary arrangements for your registration before the Faculty.
Have you received an offer from BCL or MJur? As I have non-common law background, I've received an offer to MJur...

Thanks for that info forever. Good to know. I guess I'll wait for my college choice to finally let me know before I get any paperwork!! Is anyone still waiting to hear from colleges apart from christ church?

I've received formal offer letter by post from both the University and from Corpus Christi College.
Good luck!

Hi IPCT
Still nothing from Christ Church here either! I did give them another call yesterday and the administrator who deals with it is now on vacation for a week. Apparently when she said that the letters would be sent out "after Easter" she did not mean after the Easter weekend, but possibly after the full Easter vacation!! So it could be a few weeks yet before we hear anything (and that's assuming that ChCh accepts us!).
Simon.

I received just the formal conditional offer letter, end of March. No offer from college yet.

As I noted on another thread, I've received the initial offer from the Univ., but nothing from the college. Yesterday, however, I called New College to inquire about my application. Their admissions office informed me I had been accepted and that paperwork was coming shortly. New is probably somewhat akin to ChCh, with both being fairly large colleges. Thus, I would imagine you'll probably hear from them shortly.
You may be able to call the Law Faculty and make an inquiry as well -- I believe they would know if your first choice college was unable to offer you a spot because then I think the Faculty finds a college for you.
Best of luck to all, and looking forward to meeting you all.

Hi - if we're still waiting to hear from our colleges, there's nothing we need to do administratively is there? I note in the offer letter it said we had to accept the conditional offer within 3 weeks of receiving acceptance from the college. Oh well.

Hi Anna 2022,
If it's of any help: I wrote to Lincoln's admissions department (admissions@lincoln.ox.ac.uk ) couple of days ago enquiring about the status of my application and received a notification on my successful admission on the very same day. According to the e-mail, formal letter will be dispatched "within the next few days" (which may be weeks for me since I live in asia). Good Luck!!

I don't think I was able to make a second choice college. But I'm quite happy with New College.
What are you guys thinking about accommodations? Going with the college's most likely?
