The university of manchester has a good medical law llm from what i know

Manchester is good choice but Birmingham is also well renowned in Health Law and its LLM in Health and Bioethics Law looks very attractive. You should look it up.

There is a program at KCL as well - Medical Law and Ethics MA - although you can choose to specialize in the 'Medical Law' side and do less ethics.
No idea if it's good or bad, I know a couple of people applying there but nothing about the course, just thought I'd throw it out as an idea.
