Thanks.

My UCL conditional offer was to get 65% - as stated on their website.
I've heard from a friend who is doing the LLM at LSE that his conditional offer was to get 66%.

i also applied to LSE, UCL, King's and Queen Mary this year. LSE rejected in 5 days after my application, King's waited for a month and finally rejected :) My ielts score is 7.5 overall with 8 listening, and all others are 7.5. Graduated almost 7 years ago with a 60% LLB grade. Working since then at a financial supervision authority. Still waiting a rejection from UCL :) a little hope for Q. Mary! So this means work experience on a related field and relatively good ilets score means nothing. Dont apply to UCL and LSE unless you dont have good grades. Dont waist your money and time!
Ps: i did not ask for a waiwer on fees or any scholarship :) Hold on US, i am coming :)

This is unreal. I GOT to study LLM at UCL and I don't even meet their minimum academic requirements.

My LSE offer was conditional on upper seconds

I have offers from both and both require 65% in my 2nd and 3rd years.

I got offers from both LSE and UCL; LSE asked for a 65% minimum and UCL asked for a 63% minimum on 2nd and 3rd-year combined grades.

Nobody can tell you what your chances are since you haven't actually provided much indication about your grades or profile, otherwise xD
But, generally, LSE and UCL prefer students who've had good 2:1/first predictions - assuming you're applying straight out of uni with minimal work experience - and with strong interests in particular fields (at least that was my experience applying).
US Universities are generally a mixed bag and nobody really knows what the ideal combination for a US acceptance is.

My experience with LSE: My application was rejected even though I am most probably going to get a first class (converted to English system) on my LL.B., work experience 1 year before my LL.B. (business administration), lots of activities beyond my studies, 110 in my TOEFL with reading/listening 26 and writing/speaking 29 etc. They didn't give me reasons for the rejection, but anyways I am now very happy with my first choice QMUL as they have a great focus on my specialism IP law. :)

I am from Germany, where we have a slightly different system for legal education. lawyers will finish their studies with the "state exam", but LL.B. is also available especially for this considering to work in companies and organisations.
I'm holding a conditional offer from QMUL and will fulfill this in July/August.. so I will enroll as soon as my final grades are available :)
Good luck for your applications! I am sure you will find a nice spot to do your LLM.
