No. I emailed them last week, but I have have not heard back.

I received an offer this week! Maybe it is worth checking with them! I asked again before the offer, and it was no issue. They indeed first informed me a decision was made and I would hear soon, and then I got the offer

Thank you! Yes, they first told me informally, and then it took about five working days for me to receive an offer; and my transcript dropped one day before the formal offer. 

Anyone else still waiting :/?
