Aaarghhh still no update. They told me the decision was made on the 20th. I have no idea why it is taking them so long to update the application

Told you, Suez canal...
Uugh, joke aside, this seems like a mockery... I do not know either. Hang in there! My zoom session with them is on the 29th. If my decision is not “in transit”, I’ll probably have to wait another month

Hi, guys,
My LSE train got stopped in its tracks, I am afraid.
In other words, I received my rejection from LSE last night... sigh... I’m thinking to still have my zoom talk with them today, see if they provide additional information (doubtful though).
I wish you guys best of luck!!! And I’d be happy to keep in touch . If there are any questions... (about my background or anything else relevant) - shoot, I’m here.
Id received: 14 Jan., rejection: 28 April, no waitlist, no reserve list, no transcript drop.

Unfortunately, the same here. Good luck everyone.

Very sorry to hear about this guys. It is a tough selection process involving many different factors, so not necessarily a negative judgement on our proposals.
Best of luck with your future applications!

I am sorry about this ... We’ll regroup and slowly reorganise this part of our lives. Best of luck!

Has anyone else heard anything? I am wondering if they have prioritised giving decisions to people who have emailed or arranged a zoom with them?

Has anyone else heard anything? I am wondering if they have prioritised giving decisions to people who have emailed or arranged a zoom with them?
I e-mailed them in March and got a response last week Friday saying “Thank you for your email.
I have checked your application on our system, and I can see that your application has been delayed. I have contacted the department to request for a final decision to be expedited. Please accept our apologies for the delay. As soon as a final decision has been made, we will notify you via email.”
No response yet on LSFY or e-mail

None from me

At this point, I would be quite surprised if any of us who are yet to hear back end up receiving an offer. Then again, who knows? There does not seem to be any adducible system here.

Yeah I am quite skeptical too. One thing that I guess still makes it possible is that I heard a lot of admissions people were furloughed due to the pandemic and so they have less working at the same time. Tbh it is just very hard to know what is going on

Concerned as well. Did anyone try to reach out them again? E-mail/Skype session?
