LSE LLM 2024-25

From what I understand, last year in late November people were already getting rejected, and the first acceptances only rolled out in January. So I guess the best possible scenario here is actually not to hear from them at all - which could be an indication of an acceptance in January

I guess being wait listed is a good sign. You are a good candidate but they may want to see more of the application pool before making a decision. I havent heard anything back even though my application was processed on Oct 11…

Yes. Mine was processed in late Oct. and waitlisted about 2 weeks thereafter1f625.

any info about when will a waitlisted candidate be brought back for reconsideration practically? Waitlist is a real torture.

In your personal statement, did you make actual sections for each of the prompts (academic motivations, suitability, purpose and objectives)? Or are they meant to be general guidelines?

I made my personal statement into a story. I made sure to answer all the prompts, but did not create sections for them specifically.

Hello! Just to be sure, all the applications are for the general LLM right? We don't get to choose our specialization at the momeny we are applying, right? Thank you!

Hi all! I know from this thread that some people have already been waitlisted but I'd like to wonder if anyone has been rejected yet - hopefully not one of us - but I have applied 7 weeks ago and was wondering if their silence is a good sign as I could already have been rejected.

Thanks!

I will be applying the next week. Do I still have a chance of getting in?

Also, does anyone know who are the teachers for the following subjects at LSE?
1. International Commercial Contracts
2. International Commercial Arbitration (AT)
3. International Business Transactions: Commercial Litigation (AT)

Hi there. I was wondering if anybody has received a rejection or waitlist yet? And are offers usually made before the end of the year? 1f642
