So just to inform you guys, the list of available courses for the 2018/2019 session is out and it seems as if none of the courses relating to copyright law and legal theory will be on offer. What's funny is that I was admitted on the basis of, inter alia, a personal statement that explicitly named those two areas as my main interests... Shame. I am pretty sure I'm headed to Edinburgh now.
This is really unfortunate. I've also confirmed this and wonder whether any one interested in jurisprudence/legal theory should attend the programme. I am quite surprised that LSE would be unable to offer at least the basic "Foundations of Legal Theory" course.
