hi, i am a law graduate in pakistan and want to do legal work in england so any advices ... wheather i should study bptc or lpc after gdl......and the job prospect for both the studies and which degree wil help me more in securing a good job and to settle in u.k.

This is an LLM forum... I don't think there will be many people able to help you on here. Anyways, I'll give a stab at it. BPTC and LPC are completely different things... One will lead you to the bar and the other to solicitorship... Kind of hard to choose one over the other without any thought as to want you want to do with your life. In any case, to be as straightforward as possible, as far as I know the number of law firms (hiring solicitors) far exceed the number of chambers (hiring barrister). Therefore, leaving anything else aside and simply looking at the situation from a numerical perspective, one could say you have better chances of securing a job as a solicitor. Don't forget that getting a visa in the UK is becoming harder and harder and without a UK or EU nationality it's ver far from a stroll in the park...
