LLM UCL / KCL / LSE / QMUL 2019-20

Hi everyone,
I received a conditional offer from King’s, which is contingent upon my securing an average of 65% after the completion of my final semester. However, being from Pune university which has a very strict valuation I think I’ll be able to make it to a maximum of 63-63.5%.
Does anyone have an idea whether they’ll still accept me despite that?
My deadline for paying the deposit is 24th April, but only when I’m sure of my chances will I go ahead and make the payment

I recommend you call the admissions office after sending them a mail. They should be able to help you.
All the best.

Congrats on receiving the offer. KCL is pretty strict with regard to their conditions. Last year, they rejected a candidate because he was falling short of 0.5.

Hi everyone!
I just received a rejection from UCL. The weird thing is that I've submitted my application on the 27/02 and my references were completed only 3 days ago. I see that almost all of you waited for weeks if not months for an answer from UCL. How come they were so quick to reject me? I did not file my IELTS results... Maybe at this point this was a mistake!
Anyway I got an offer from QMUL (IP Law programme). What do you guys think of this programme? Anyone got in? :)

I didn't fill in my IELTS results either and I'm an international student. Although I did finish my LLB at a UK university so I /think/ I'm exempt from the IELTS? Got an unconditional offer in the end. Also my friend did the QMUL IP Law programme and she said she really liked it and the tutors were excellent!

Received an unconditional offer from UCL! I applied quite late because I wasn't sure if I wanted to do it but I ended up just trying my luck. I applied and references were submitted on 14th February and got an offer on the 26th of March.

Hello everyone, I need some insights into my situation. I am an International student and have an offer from UCL. I am also expecting an offer from Leiden University. My area of specialisation is Public International Law. With all the Brexit commotion and accounts of previous students, I am fairly certain that London will not let me stay beyond my period of study. Can someone shed some light on the situation in Holland? How open are they to International students staying beyond their period of study? Job prospects? Comparison of courses etc? Thank you in advance. :)

Hi All,

Thought I would share my timeline of events:

I applied to UCL in early March and was placed on the waiting list at the end of March. I then applied to QMUL at the end of March and received an unconditional offer exactly two weeks later.

All the best,

England, which may have sped up the process. Nevertheless, no news is good news - good luck!

Hi guys! I called the UCL Admissions Office yesterday and they said that a conditional offer has been recommended, but that it is subject to final checks (so that it is only a provisional conditional offer for now) and because they are a bit backlogged, they will reply in a couple weeks (so after Easter). Has anyone who was informed that a conditional offer has been made, but that the application is subject to final checks, been rejected or waitlisted or put on a reserve list later on? Thank you so much.

I received the same information over the phone and on email and my offer did come through via the portal eventually. I had called postgraduate admissions around 1 week after the phone call with LLM admissions and told them there was a funding deadline in my country which I would like to meet and the offer came through that evening :-)

Hello guys,
Could those already accepted to the LSE inform me what is the deadline the university has set to answer the offer for the LLM? I except to have an answer after that date, since I guess the classes are already full. I got my ID on March 5th. Tks!!
