yes, I'm guessing it is quite busy time now because of today's deadline, and from what I've read it could take around 6 weeks for them to make a decision :( where else did you apply? and for which programme?

oh you're right... But I hope they're quick, the wait is killing me and it's only been 10 days ahah... I've only applied to KCL yet for the general LLM (but i'm thinking of doing the international Business Law specialism) and you?

I applied for the general too (I did not seem to see specialism to choose when applying, I might have missed something), I am thinking of doing competition. Still nothing though, hopefully we will hear back soon! :)

Hope so too :). When did you apply ?

I've applied to KCL 10 days ago... the document status still says 'Received'... Is it normal ? Does the status change?
I think it's normal, I applied earlier and the status changed only yesterday night.
oh thanks :) still waiting for an offer too then ?
I applied beginning of March. Are you graduating this year or working already?

Hello guys,
Do you think better to accept KCL offer? or to reject the offer, gain more work experience and wait another year to try to enroll in Cambridge or Oxford?

Hello to everyone!
I have received an unconditional offer from UCL and a conditional one from LSE with a condition of receiving the required score in IELTS and I prefer more the LSE programme. However, my deadline for paying the deposit fee set by UCL is on the 13th of April and I still haven't decided on whether I should pay the deposit to at least secure my place in one uni. My question is addressed to the UCL offer holders that had as deadline for paying the deposit fee the 1st of April what did they do? Does anyone know if UCL withdrawned any offer on the basis that they didn't pay the deposit fee in time? On the offer letter it is stated that UCL reserves the right to withdraw any offer in case that the deposit fee is not fully payed by the deadline.

Thank you in advance

Same here!

However, I withdrew the offer from UCL myself and have decided to enrol on a pre-sessional course of LSE. I emailed to UCL as to what exactly would happen if I failed to pay a deposit in time; they said an offer would be automatically withdrawn. I didn't ask further about the situation in which the tuition is partially paid.

Thank you for you reply! I will probably do the same.
See you in the pre-sessional course of LSE!

It's more likely than not that you (like everyone) will be rejected from Oxbridge. What would you do in that scenario? I don't think the difference between an Oxbridge LLM and a KCL/UCL LLM is worth that risk because KCL and UCL still both have excellent reputations in law, and the most likely case is that (even with the extra experience) you won't be accepted into Oxbridge and you'll end up with nothing.

Hi everyone. I've been admitted to QMUL (MSC in law and finance) and KCL's LLM. Could anyone please share information on QMUL's MLF program, as there are not so many reviews on the Internet (not considering the ones on the official website)? Is it a recognized one or just an experiment (following Oxford's experience, but the comparison won't be objective, as at Oxford the MLF's students are offered with a full access both to the law school and to the reputable Said business school)?
Are there any other aspects to consider when choosing between these two programs? Would appreciate any comment in this regard. Wish you good luck in your admissions).

MSC in Law and Finance is a lot of work. Be sure to be ready.

Well, I understand your point of view.

But I have another option that I may study the LLM at lower ranked university between 100 and 200. Studying at this university will allow me to have the opportunity to work and gain more experience. Then when I apply next year, I think studying the LLM at this university may give me an extra credit to be accepted at Oxbridge.

What would your opinion be in this case?

Hi guys, sorry to be random, but I have two questions to ask you guys.
1. Is LSE famous for criminal law and/or public international law?
2. Do you guys have comments about this "Criminology and Criminal Justice" as an LLM specialism?
The reason I'm asking is because I am thinking of specialising my LLM in Criminology and Criminal Justice.
