Hi everyone!
I am a student of LLB and my present CGPA is 3.51(B+)(till 4th Semester), Now i am in 5th semester..
I am little worried cause i got only 2.0 GPA (C Grade) in company law. It is the lowest one i got in my academics till yet.. I am so concerned since i had planned to LLM in corporate law..
Now my question is that!! would it create any negative impact on my visa or admission application..??
If so!! which alterate subject could be the subsitute of corporate law...
LLM in UK - need an urgent advice -

I do not know your country's system, but I suppose it is your cumulative GPA that is really relevant. 3.51 is, if I am correct, equivalent to high 2:1, and that is more than enough for most prestigious UK universities. You can almost certainly get into any one of them -- except, of course, the highly competitive places like Oxford, Cambridge, LSE, or UCL.

wel.. undoubtedly my overall grades are high.. but the qestion is that if i apply for masters in Intellectual Property Law, Is there any possibility that they will refuse my application just becuz of the fact that i got less marks in corporate law..
More precisely..I have got less marks in corporate law and I wanna persue my career in intellectual property law.. what are the chances..

Hi there!
I am practicing at the Calcutta High Court, India for about 1.5 years and want to go for LLM. in 2010. I really want to make sure whether there is any prospect in Maritime Law if I want to take it up as my course also I would like to know whether international arbitration coupled with Maritime Law would give me an edge...lastly could anyone tell me whether University of Birmingham is a good place to study?
