Queen Mary, UOL is widely recognised as the top UK IP centre so my recommedation would be to go there. After that, it's worth considering the KCL, UCL and LSE programs in London or possibly Manchester, Nottingham and Edinburgh if you don't really fancy the big city.

I would recommend UCL&KCL in terms of IP law. In the 2007/2008 program, several IP courses are held by UCL& KCL or with QM. Professor Sir Hugh Laddie in UCL and Professor David Llewelyn from KCL are great professors and highly experienced in IP practice.

It has a dedicated research centre for Innovation, Technology and the Law (SCRIPT Centre) that is funded by the AHRC. Professors Waelde and Laurie are very enthusiastic and help make the programme both challenging and relative to today's job market.

I am belgian and I would like to pursue an LL.M. in the UK, I have the impression however that there aren't that many scholarships available for belgian law students who want to go to the UK.. Does anybody have some tips or know interesting programs to obtain scholarships or grants? How did you fund your stay in the UK?
