If one is not a graduate of Law School, can they still become a judge solely with an LLM degree?

Not really in the UK as to become a Judge, you usually have to become a top lawyer (usually barrister but possibly solicitor/solicitor advocate) and to become a UK lawyer, you need to either have a LLB or a GDL/CPE plus LPC or BVC.

If one can't register as a lawyer in a jurisdiction, one can't become a judge there...
