Does 'Awaiting approval by GAO' mean that there is an offer though? I thought it just meant that they decided on whether it's a yes/no. Mine has been 'awaiting approval' for a week now.

Have been awaiting GAO approval for a week now. Anybody knows when we are likely to actually receive the offers?

I remember that someone posted earlier this week that decisions should come this week, according to the information he was given. But i dont know, really
