I am studying 'Globalisation and Governance' at Hull University. I have done many modules to do with International Political Economy, and my dissertation is on the 2007? Financial Crisis. What I am getting at is, I have an interest in financial markets, global financial governance etc., and therefore thought it would be beneficial to do a LLM in banking and finance.
However, I do not have a law background so getting into a 'top uni' is going to be difficult.
Has anyone done the LLM in banking and finance at Leeds?
What are the career prospects?
Does anyone else know of any other Universities I could apply to given my limited law background?
Look forward to hearing some responses,
Cheers

Instead of an LLM, why not look at the MSc programmes which don't have the strict LLB requirements.
Two that immediately spring to mind are:
Oxford Business School, MSc Law and Finance
QMUL, CCLS, MSc Law and Finance
