Hi all
I have received an offer from Glasgow to do European Law LLM. I'd really like to take the course. However, I'm a bit nervous about the fact that I don't have an undergraduate degree in law.
I'm currently studying Politics and IR honours. Prior to my LLM I have taken only one law course (EC-law). Obviously I have studied EU politics and I'm also writing my dissertation on ECJ (although it's still an IR dissertation).
Has anyone jumped straight to LLM without a law degree? Will the course be too hard for me as I will be expected to have a background knowledge of things like law terms?
I know many of my questions can only be answered by myself...
