Dear all,
I was wondering could anyone please help me out with pros and cons for the above two courses, I would like to work this year and therefore am only considering distance learning courses. I would like to work in EU law in some capacity later on and would therefore wish to undergo one of the aforementioned courses to put me in a better position to get a traineeship in Ireland, but also to improve my general knowledge.
Having studied both the general and subject tables (granted to be taken with a pinch of salt) they seem to alternate in position depending on the guide. King's College seems to have a better reputation worldwide and is slightly cheaper. On the other hand Leicester is more flexible and seems to specialise more in the EU fields that I prefer. It also seems to be more open to someone not coming from a legal undergraduate background like myself. Any advice on the opinion of prospective employers would also be very helpful, as mentioned above, my aspiration to get into law is a relatively recent development.
Thanking you all in anticipation,
Best regards
