i received a conditional offer from UCL today. i have a few questions in this regards
1. is there a chance of a waiver of the condition of english proficiency test?(i am from India)
2. they have asked me supply a certified copy of the degree certificate. So does the certificate have to be certified by the college or a gazetted officer?
3. if i accept the offer now will I have to pay any fee right away and is there an option to withdraw the acceptance later if I get into another college? (there is no mention of deposit in the letter it only determines the tuition fee)
4. i had checked the scholarship option while filling up my application. Whether the status regarding scholarships will be detailed later on or my candidature for scholarships has been rejected?

Congratulations on the offer, answers below:
1. No chance, unless you can demonstrate that you worked or studied in an English speaking country for a certain period of time (usually at least a few years).
2. Certified by your university is the requirement.
3. Not sure. Your offer letter should explain this point.
4. Anyone awarded a scholarship gets told so at the same time as their acceptance letter. If they have not told you that you have been awarded a scholarship then this means your application for a scholarship has been rejected.
