Hi there,
I submitted my application to KCL about 2 months ago. There was a bit of a delay in some of my documents reaching KCL, but they all should be there by now. Here's the problem- my online application tracking still states that some documents are missing. I have emailed and left messages by phone, but I have gotten no response whatsoever. How can I get a hold of a real live person at KCL? Short of crossing the pond and asking in person, how can I find out what, if anything, is still needed to complete my application? Thanks in advance for any help!

Hi there,
I have similar problems. The PG Admissions Office is short of staff, so you should contact Dr Biondi - from whom you probably received your offer letter - directly (andrea.biondi@kcl.ac.uk). He is most kind and helpful.
Cheers
Nicky

Do not worry... I am sure that your documents are fine.
UCL almost never returns your message (at least I did not get one response out of my three enquiries..). KCL sometimes has the same problem.
Do you have your admission number (I am sure you do not know one, because I also applied online and they did not provide me with any number). So I called them, told them my details and they gave me my tracking number (it would be easier for you to enquire about your status by naming this number).
The BEST way is to call. I used general contact phone: +44 207 848 209 and they will transfer you to relevant department.

I appreciate the suggestions from each of you. I have tried calling, but I keep getting transferred to a voicemail which cuts me off. Who should I ask to speak with when I call?
Thanks again!!
Thanks again!!

Shame on me! In my previous post I gave the incorrect number. The correct was (as I assume you already know that by now): +44 (0)20 7848 2097
Try it several times! I also had problem connecting. You can imagine how inconvenient it was for me to call from a place 6 hours difference and through expensive international call ^^ But they will put you through... try several times...the officer might be absent, but eventually he/she (officer and his assistant) will return. they all do :)
Keep it up! E-mailing is useless, try faxing.
